MASTER CHRIS NATZKE - 6th Degree Black Belt - Master Natzke’s school, Family Martial Arts Center in Aurora is one of the most successful schools in Colorado. Master Natzke is the success coach for PAMA. All PAMA students testing for their Black Belt is tested by Master Natzke. He has
a regular instructing schedule at Parker Academy.
GRAND MASTER STEVE AMARO – 8th Degree Black Belt in TKD and 7th Degree in Chung do Kwan - Master Steve has been in martial arts for 35 years. During that time, he was named the National Black Belt league instructor of the year and his school was named school of the year in 2000. He has trained 15 world champions and is a member of the National Black Belt League Hall of Fame.
CHRIS TURNQUIST
– 3nd Degree Black Belta, Chief Instructor, Program Director - Chris Turnquist is a student at the University of Colorado-Boulder pursuing a Marketing Degree. Chris has been at PAMA since 2000. He is currently the director of the PAMA HEAT Demo team. Chris is wonderful with the youth classes and always keeps the enthusiasm level high. He has won many honors in competitions at the local, state, national, and world levels. Chris works out with his Dad who is participant
in Cardio Karate and CANE program.
TIM
LUFT – 3nd Degree,
Instructor, and Owner - Tim started studying martial arts under Young Kim Pak in 1980. Tim started with PAMA in 1996 with his 5 year old son Andy. Now both are 2nd degree black belts. Andy, Alli, and Nick Luft all train with their Dad. Tim has 20 years of business experience to make Parker Academy a great experience for the busy families of today.
HAL GUSTIN- Chief Instructor - Hapkido
and Cane, 3rd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo, Black Belt in Combat Hapkido, Cane
Master. Hal began studying martial arts at age 7 in a Judo class. He began
practicing Taekwondo in 1968. He has also studied other martial arts, including
Aikido, Judo, Hapkido, and fencing. Hal is a Master with the Cane Masters cane self
defense system. Hal works out in Taekwondo with his son Rob who is a 2nd Degree
Black Belt at the school.
KRAIG MONTEFERRANTE – 3RD Degree Black Belt
- Kraig has been training in martial arts for 9 years at Parker Academy. He has
been instructing 5 years at the school. Kraig started training with his sons Tony and Tyler who are also black belts at the school.
DIVIERSITY OF TRAINING - All of PAMA’s instructors are certified to teach youth and adult classes. Our core curriculum is Tae Kwon Do. Our instructors have a wide range of specialties including Aikido, Cane Defense, Kempo, Hapkido, Judo, Jijitzu, Jung Do Kwon,Tang Soo Do, and military defense. The diverse backgrounds are incorporated into the curriculum and give each student skills for ground fighting and self defense.
STUDENT TO INSTRUCTOR RATIO - With a wide variety of classes, a large facility, and many instructors, PAMA prides itself on low student to instructor ratio to give your student individual attention when needed.
MENTOR PROGRAM - At purple belt, each student is given an instructor to help them along the way and be a success coach.
